Frequently asked questions

How much do the apps cost?

Both apps are free to download. They are included with the MantisProperty Elite plan for users with CRM access, so there are no in-app purchases and no per-user app fees. Try Elite free for 14 days.

Which app should I download?

Sales agents and business brokers should use Mantis Sales. Property managers should use Mantis PM. If you do both, install both - the same MantisProperty login works in each.

Do the apps work on iPhone and Android?

Yes. Both apps are available for iPhone from the App Store and for Android phones from Google Play.

What happens to the old MantisProperty app?

The old MantisProperty app has been retired and these two apps replace it. Delete the old app, download whichever of the new apps suits your role and sign in with your existing login. All of your data is already in your CRM, so nothing needs to be moved.

Can I use the apps without mobile coverage?

Yes, for the jobs that usually happen out of range. In Mantis PM you can start and fill in condition reports, take photos, raise maintenance requests and check in open home visitors with no signal. Everything uploads by itself when you reconnect. Open home check-ins work the same way in Mantis Sales.

How does caller ID work?

The app gives your phone the names and numbers of your CRM contacts, so an incoming call shows who it is even when the number is not in your phone's own contacts. You switch it on once in your phone's settings, and the app shows you where.

Is my data safe?

The apps use the same secure login and permissions as the MantisProperty CRM, all traffic is encrypted, and you can lock the app behind Face ID or your fingerprint.
